Rapper Fazer has been locked up and thrown in an insane asylum. But he’s not really a Killer – that’s just the title of his provocative new music video.
The former N-Dubz star has just unveiled the video to his eagerly anticipated debut solo single online.
Scroll down for video
Killer: Rapper Fazer has unveiled the video to his debut solo single, where he is bound and locked in an insane asylum
Tailed: He obviously didn’t notice he was being followed by the Lady Gaga lookalike
Bathtime: Fazer is dragged kicking and screaming from his cell by his lingerie-clad captors, before managing to escape
The
video for Killer shows the 25-year-old driving down a dark street
before he is pulled over and handcuffed by two mysterious women.
Fazer is then brought to a disused mental asylum where he is bound in a straitjacket and thrown in a tiny cell.
He seems to have a fit as he blasts out the lyrics, possibly brought on by some extremely shaky camerawork and strobe-effect flashing lights.
Although hi crime is never explained, it seems to have something to do with him chatting up women in black and white via flasback.
What’s My Name: A Rihanna lookalike runs the front desk
Screws: At least the guards in the facility aren’t too bad to look at
The musician genuinely looks terrified as he is dragged kicking and screaming through the
facility, before managing to escape from his lingerie-clad captors.
the entire facilty seems to be run by hot women – including a Rhianna lookalike checking him in (and checking him out) on the front desk.
He might wish he hadn’t broken up with FHM’s sexiest woman in the world Tulisa Contostavlos, who could have given his female guards a run for their money.
Oblivious: Poor Fazer’s just minding his own business, driving his car…
Loose fitting: The former N-Dubz star takes an imaginative approach on how to wear a straitjacket
Fans of the producer and DJ have been eagerly awaiting his return to the music scene since the group split back in March.
Fazer is set to follow in the
footsteps of his former bandmates Tulisa and Dappy, who have both
already scored respective number one hits with Young and No Regrets.
With its infectious dubstep beat, pulsing baseline, catchy chorus and Killer video to match it won’t be long before the ex N-Dubz club have a trilogy of solo chart toppers between them.
Okay: Fazer seems to have survived the ordeal, seen here looking cheery in London
The single is set for release through
Island Records / All Around The World on August 26, and will feature on
Fazer’s debut solo album.
Meanwhile
those hoping for a band reunion shouldn’t get their hopes up, as the
war of words between cousins Tulisa and Dappy continue via Twitter.
Tulisa
slammed the lyrics to Dappy’s latest track in which he hurls abuse at
former X Factor contestants… the same X Factor Tulisa is employed as a
judge on.
