She’s the transgender beauty who is currently conquering the modelling industry.

And on Saturday Andreja Pejić showed her runway figure in a provocative selfie, posted to to Instagram on Saturday, that highlighted her very slender frame.

The 24-year-old sported matching beige-coloured lingerie, which were in a similar shade to her nude-toned lipstick and gold mobile phone cover.

She defined her eyes with smoky black eyeliner and gazed charismatically into the mirror.

Andreja, who moved to Australia when she was eight years old, is known for flaunting her svelte frame in racy selfies on social media.

Earlier this week, she went completely nude except for a jacket and pair of high heels.

Her career is currently going from strength-to-strength, with the star recently landing the cover of Marie Claire Spain – with the publication even going as far as to name her ‘model of the year.’

She also walked the runway for HM, who recently booked transgender reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner to front their HM Sport line.

But while she appears to be leading the way for transgender people in the fashion world, Andreja said in a recent interview with i-D magazine there is still a long way to go.

‘I don’t believe that the fight for trans rights or African American rights is different from the fight against war, or the fight for refugees,’ she told the magazine.

Andreja knows first hand the hardships refugees face, having fled a war-torn Bosnia with her family to Serbia where they settled in a refugee camp near Belgrade, the country’s capital.

When she was was eight years old, the star immigrated to Melbourne with her mother as a political refuge.

She’s well known in the modelling industry as the first transgender women to be named as the face of a major cosmetics brand – Make Up For Ever.

The blonde beauty also became the first openly transgender model to be profiled by Vogue in May 2015.

Speaking to Vogue about her decision to transition, the model revealed that she had previously been advised not to undergo the surgery because it would transform her from an interesting enigma into just another pretty girl.

‘There was definitely a lot of, “Oh, you’re going to lose what’s special about you. You’re not going to be interesting anymore. There are loads of pretty girls out there”,’ she said.

‘It is about showing that this is not just a gimmick.’
