With the release of TheClickToCall video tutorial library, users can now have an on demand guide to setup each of the possible features step by step. TheClickToCall’s Youtube channel and the site’s Video library provide users with the help needed at their moment of choice.

Miami, Fl (PRWEB) July 14, 2011

With the establishment of TheClickToCall platform, the customer support team recorded and released video tutorials in order to help users setup their preferred service to include their TheClickToCall button. The need to provide video tutorials arises from the multiple support tickets inquiring about how to setup certain web services to work with TheClickToCall.

“Customers can’t usually dispose of 10 minutes to make a support call in order to find out how to setup a certain service like Gmail or Hotmail. In response to that a unique tutorial was created for each web service and internal feature. The first tutorials contain the internal features “Business Hours”, “Authorized Countries” and “Follow Me”. Video tutorials are available within the main website and also on TheClickToCall Youtube channel.” Said Max Doldan, Manager with TheClickToCall.com.

The second batch of tutorials includes all the most popular free email clients such as Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo as well as the popular email service Microsoft Office Outlook. These tutorials were frequently requested by TheClickToCall users and are services used by millions worldwide. After these videos were completed, customer support received a new request, the question was “Can email newsletters be setup with TheClickToCall?”

After 2 weeks of research and the study of different bulk email platforms the team developed a tutorial for one of the most popular bulk email services, MailChimp. This enables users to send massive email campaigns with TheClickToCall button embedded on the email for immediate receiver response. Shortly after that there was another popular request for a tutorial on how to setup Blogger with TheClickToCall.

There were more tutorials created for the newly released Facebook application which had to be remade because of sensitive changes in the Facebook platform. Facebook tutorials are now divided into the personal profile setup and the fan page setup.

TheClickToCall.com attends to any special request for tutorials from the users and new ideas are welcome. Users can send an email to contact(at)theclicktocall(dot)com with the request and customer support will reply back. Video tutorials are available in English and Spanish translations can be requested.

TheClickToCall was created to enhance the reach of a Website, to exploit its full potential. With the enhanced communication the Service, Retail websites, E-shops, Technical support and much more can now extend beyond the Internet and interact directly with the visitor the moment they are browsing the website. This coupled with a set of additional features makes the communication barrier diminish with the possibility of phone interaction with the whole world, with the exception of sanctioned countries.
