She shoots zombies for a living on TV.

But for a new magazine photoshoot Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead, proves she’s just as heartstopping in real life.

The 32-year-old dons a variety of skimpy outfits, including a leopard print Dolce Gabbana bodysuit, to show off her sexy side.

In another image, for her GQ magazine photoshoot, the British actress slips into a white crop top and matching panties as her hair sports the wet and tangled look.

Completing her wardrobe is a black cocktail dress with a strapless plunging design and a slit to the hip skirtline, by Cushnie et Ochs.

In the accompanying interview she says ‘I’d always fantasized about playing a southern role,’ which she got the chance to live out thanks to her hit AMC zombie apocalypse series.

But her ability to mimic American accents may come from a brief childhood stint in both New Jersey and more importantly Georgia.

Before moving to Atlanta Lauren lived in an artist loft in downtown Los Angeles.

Although her circumstances have changed greatly over the last few years, as she not only stars in a mega hit TV show but also lives in the South.

The actress lives in a home in Atlanta, Georgia, where The Walking Dead is shot on location but she dreams of one day retiring on a ranch in Montana.

She does admit, however: ‘You could spin the flipping globe and put me anywhere on it and I’d be happy.’

Cohan then explained why she used the word ‘flipping’: ‘I never realized how much I actually curse until I read a couple of interviews, and I was like: You need to find a different word.’
