And now Shannon Noll has recruited the help of a fellow runner up in 2012′s Miss Australia, Renae Ayris.

Renae, who placed fourth in the Miss Universe competition, steals the show in 38-year-old Shannon’s new comeback music video We Only Live Once as she strips down to her underwear.

The clip, which is the singer’s first single in almost two years, see’s 23-year-old Renae play the voyeur in a cafe.

The stunner is very much covered up at the start, sporting a sleek black leather jacket teamed with an elegant white frock.

Her long blonde tresses are kept sleek with a subtle wavy blowdry and her glowing face is accentuated with some lashings of mascara and a slick of light pink lipstick.

She gleefully observes groups of strangers indulging in life’s various joys, because like the song says, ‘we only live once,’ but eventually she cheekily begins a food fight.

Saucy: The blonde beauty’s toned stomach was very much on display in the skimpy two pieced lace ensemble  

Lacy and racy: The light blue bra was teamed with a pair of deeper blue briefs that accentuated the stunner’s matching coloured eyes

Amidst the chaos the Australian beauty decides to derobe, scampering out of the cafe in blue lingerie that shows off plenty of her beauty-pageant winning body.

She passes Shannon, who enters as she leaves, and it seems he can’t believe what he’s seen.

The model is no stranger to showing off her sizzling bikini body, often taking to her social media account to flaunt her favourite two piece ensembles as she hits the beach or gym.

Her latest career move starring in Shannon Noll’s music video mimics fellow Australian Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins’ appearance in Guy Sebastian’s Elevator Love video clip in 2006.

Guy and Shannon went head-to-head in the grand final of Australian Idol in 2003, with Guy ultimately taking out the winning title and Shannon finishing as runner-up.

Also appearing in the video shoot was When Love Comes To Town star Leigh Jackson.

The 27-year-old was one of the musicians in Shannon’s ensemble strumming a guitar and he looked quite the rock star with his long scruffy hair.

Last month Renae took to Instagram to give fans a sneak peek of her appearance in the music video.

‘Fun on set today with @nollsie shooting the new clip for #weonlyliveonce,’ she captioned the social media snap that showed the leggy looker posing in her blue lingerie.

The Perth-born beauty shot to fame in 2012 after being named Miss Universe Australia and made her television debut the following year as a contestant on reality diving show Celebrity Splash on Channel 7.

Renae been spending time with her AFL playing beau Thomas Bellchambers, who she’s been dating for just over a year.

She was most recently seen at Addidas’ Spring/Summer 2014 launch event in Sydney in early June.

Meanwhile, New South Wales star Shannon has found great success with his debut album, That’s What I’m Talking About, which sold over 350,000 units.

Last year he joined 6 Degrees Management, the same team that houses Guy Sebastian, the first ever Australian Idol.
