The perfect summer holiday may have ended too soon for Neighbours star Olympia Valance.

But that didn’t stop the 23-year-old from taking to Instagram to reminisce about her recent trip to Byron Bay, in northern NSW, with friends.

The Melbourne-born actress and lingerie model – who is the younger sister of Holly Candy – uploaded a throwback snap of herself relaxing on a picturesque beach while indulging in some fish and chips.

The pretty star made the trip from Melbourne to New South Wales earlier this month after she suggested she was in danger of being killed off in Neighbours.

Olympia, who has been playing Paige Smith in the soap for nearly two years, told the Courier Mail: ‘I actually have gone to people at the top and said, “Please don’t kill me! I don’t want to die!”‘

‘I love my job and I love Neighbours so I was like, “Please don’t!”‘ she said.

But she hinted that even if character were to be killed off, she could still return.

‘Scott McGregor who plays my partner Mark on the show died and came back. He came back from witness protection so I guess that could happen to me,’ she said.

Even if Olympia were to take a break from the popular drama, she could make the move to Tinseltown after being scouted by the same Hollywood agents that look after A-list brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth.

Speaking of new career outlook, she told the Sydney Morning Herald: ‘I am very, very, very, very lucky, because people go over there and work their asses off to find an agent, but these guys came to me. I was very lucky,’ she said.

‘We work closely already and they know that I am on a TV show here, but they just want to keep the relationship going until we can do other things.’
