For a lingerie tycoon, it’s possibly the most embarrassing wardrobe malfunction that could happen.

Michelle Mone – the co-founder of Ultimo – ended up having to reorganise her dress after going braless on a beach in Barbados.

The 44-year-old divorcee, who became known as Baroness Bra after being elevated to the House of Lords, has her pick of undies.

Support: The 44-year-old divorcee was pictured with her new boyfriend, golf pro Stefan Soroka, at the island’s exclusive £1,150-a-night Sandy Lane resort

But she clearly decided she could dispense with any support as she enjoyed a New Year break.

Unfortunately, her strapless sky blue dress began to slip and to preserve her modesty she was forced to adjust her décolletage.

Miss Mone was pictured with new boyfriend Stefan Soroka, the golf pro at the island’s exclusive £1,150-a-night Sandy Lane resort.

She is said to have fallen ‘head over heels’ for Mr Soroka last autumn – which might explain why this is her second visit to the tropical paradise in just two months.

In early November, she jetted off to the Caribbean idyll, shortly after voting to cut tax credits for millions of families. The vote was one of the first she made as a Baroness, after being controversially ennobled as a Tory peer the previous month.

Days after the vote, the Glasgow-born entrepreneur and former model angered many by tweeting: ‘If you really want something, really work hard, don’t look for excuses, be proactive, have a can do attitude never ever give up, you will succeed.’

The peerage followed her appointment as David Cameron’s small business tsar in August – a position that some have dismissed as ‘a joke’.
