Lingerie model and business woman Caprice, 44, tackles our health quiz.

Can you run up the stairs?

Oh gosh yes, I can even run up with my two-year-old sons – Jett and Jax – in my arms. Before I had children, I had a tennis coach and did four sessions a week with a trainer. Now I just don’t have the time.

Get your five a day?

Yes, I have a very healthy diet. Breakfast is a smoothie with kale, chard and spinach. Lunch is vegetable patties and for dinner I have fish and loads of vegetables. And I have fermented probiotic yoghurt a lot.

Pop any pills?

We take vitamin D, which I’ve heard diminishes your chances of having cancer. We also all take vitamin C and flaxseed oil.

Ever dieted?

When I was pregnant I put on more than four stone and I’ve lost virtually all of it due to a good diet and running after the boys. I’m 5ft 8in and 9st 4lb. Before pregnancy I was 9st 2lb – so I’m pretty close. I have always had to be careful as my whole family is voluptuous. If I have to lose weight fast, I won’t eat after 5pm.

Any vices?

If I’m craving a double-cheese pizza, I’ll do it – but I don’t do it too often! And I love Mexican food, but it’s so fattening. Thank God Britain doesn’t have too many really good Mexican joints!

Ever have plastic surgery?

Of course I would – if things started to go haywire. But do you know what? I do have wrinkles round my eyes and I’m OK with that. I’m 44, for God’s sake.

Any family ailments?

Yes. My mum’s father and my father’s mother passed away with pancreatic cancer, so I have tests done every other year.

Health book that changed your life?

The Alkaline Cure by Dr Stephan Domenig. We eat a mainly alkaline diet. My boys have meat, which is acidic, but they need it as they are growing. I am obsessed with drinking alkaline water. I have this machine called a Kangen, which reduces the acidity of water.

Is sex important?

Totally. I give a lot of speeches and I tell women that not only is sex good for your health, but it’s obviously good for your relationship.

alternative medicine?

Oh, yes – I have a homeopath, a naturopath and an acupuncturist, the whole nine yards. I had problems getting pregnant and I do think complementary therapies helped.

Hangover cure?

Alkaline water with Dioralyte (rehydration salts) puts back all the minerals that alcohol drains away. I usually take two sachets at once in water – 20 minutes later I’m fine.

What keeps you awake?

I worry a lot about my children. You should see my house – I have padding and gates all over it.

Like to live for ever?

Absolutely not – but while I am on this Earth, I want to live really well.
