Lingerie Football League Picks Name & Try-Out Location

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The Lingerie Football League has decided on a name for the St. Louis expansion team.  They will call their gate way team the ‘Saints’. After more than 8500 name submissions, The “St. Louis Saints” was the most submitted name for the LFL team. Open tryouts will be held Sunday, June 24th at Vetta Sports Club Soccersome on Old Tesson Rd from 12pm-3pm.

The new team will join the LFL’s Eastern Conference.  Other teams in the Eastern Condference league include the Omaha Heart expansion franchise, Tampa Breeze, Orlando Fantasy, Baltimore Charm, Philadelphia Passion and Cleveland Crush.

The league has been together for three years and has a television contract with the MTV Networks.
