Hilaria Baldwin may have just welcomed a son to the world with her husband Alec only a month ago, but that is stopping her from keeping her yoga practice in check.

The 31-year-old beauty took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her mother-daughter stretch time, showcasing her seriously toned physique alongside the caption ‘almost.’

The fitness instructor can be seen performing an impressive headstand with flawless form, while putting her six-pack abs and shapely stems on full display in daisy duke shorts and a relaxed fit grey tee.

She does receive help from her daughter Carmen, who she admits is still learning the ropes of being an older sibling.

‘She’s pretty good. She has moments where she’s like the best big sister ever, where she’s like taking care of him and helping bathe him and change his diaper, and then she has moments where I’m not allowed to feed or touch him. We go between the two.’
