Google+ Vs Facebook comparison has begun. But many people wonder if Google Plus can beat big daddy of social networking

The question whether Google+ can raise threats to Facebook is mounting up on the Web. Analysts are baffled to make a prediction since they have seen a sweeping change in netizens’ response towards Google’s freshest social network offering. Though the site attracted many people in its initial weeks and several people signed up accounts, most of them have not yet started to use it frequently.

Maybe the drought of friends in the new social networking site might be discouraging many in playing with Google+. Social networking is all about connections. We will have an enthusiasm to open a site only if we can see what our friends and relatives doing out there.

Since Google+ has only few of your friends, you will not have much zeal towards the platform. People who made the account and went through the features of Google+ rarely returned to the site for social networking. In short, analysts are scared of a sheer repetition of Google Buzz’s failure for the celebrated Google+.

But one thing is that the platform is till in invite-only mode. Who knows once Google opens up it for public many won’t join the site and remain active. Of course, Google has a number of users for its various online services that will certainly run over Facebook’s total members.

Google YouTube reportedly has more than 450 million active users. Similarly, there are millions more users for its Gmail, Google Maps, Google Docs and hundreds of other services. Google is strategically availing notification bar of its Google+ on all these sites to take advantage from various users of its services.
