A woman who had a ‘blow-up boob job’ to give her a breast size 32N has said the procedure was ‘the best decision’ of her life.

Martina ‘Big’, 27, from Bernkastel-Kues in Germany gave up her job as an air hostess to become a glamour model after having her cleavage enhanced using injections of saline solution.

The treatment involved having sac-like bags placed in her chest which can then be inflated by a doctor via a valve under her armpit.

The glamour model said she intends to keep enhancing her cleavage as ‘my motto is “big is not big enough!”‘

She explained on Channel 4′s Bodyshockers: ‘I can now enhance my boobs without surgery with a little prick. There is a valve under my skin, you can’t see it, you can only feel it.

‘It’s a great way to pump up and go and get bigger and bigger.’

So far Martina has had 17 saline injections into her breasts, all carried out by a doctor, to take her from her natural 32D to a 32N without the need of silicone implants.

Each breast now weighs 3kg but Martina is planning further injections to make them even larger.

‘My motto is big is not big enough,’ she told Bodyshockers presenter Katie Piper. ‘In two months I will go a little bit bigger. It won’t be an operation but a fill up.

‘I can’t wait to get them bigger and bigger and bigger. My big boobs are the best decision of my life.’

She added: ‘You have to be careful of course, my goal is 5000cc (5kg) each.’

Asked if having them this heavy would be painful, she said: ‘It should not be painful, if it starts to be painful it is too full.’

Martina shows the type of equipment used to enhance her cleavage. ‘It’s a great way to pump up and go and get bigger,’ she said

However she did admit buying lingerie to fit can be tricky.

‘Buying bras is very difficult, in Germany my size doesn’t exist. I usually buy my bras in the UK,’ she explained.

As well as getting her cleavage enhanced, Martina has also spent £50,000 having lip fillers, a nose job and procedures to narrow her legs and waist.

She said her aim is to become ‘like the Barbie doll, but I want to be a blown-up extremer version.’

Michael, Martina’s German boyfriend of 12 years who she has known since she was 17, said he loves her transformed look.

He said: ‘I like all of the breast, the most important is the shape and and size. Martina is a beautiful dream girl.’

Michael, who used to be a pilot, encouraged her to leave her cabin crew job to become a model and he now works as her manager and ‘personal stylist’ as she travels to glamour model shoots around the world.

Bodyshockers presenter Katie Piper wondered how Martina managed to ‘cart’ around her huge chest, pictured around, saying they were ‘without a doubt the biggest boobs I have ever seen’

After meeting Martina, Katie was stunned by how she manages to cope with such a large chest.

She said: ‘That is without a doubt the biggest boobs I have ever seen. I was completely overwhelmed by how she is walking around with them.

‘It is such a huge weight and she is planning to go up even more. How she is able to cart it around every day is mind blowing.’
