Disney themed lingerie is here and WHY, just WHY

When you think about sexy films, what comes to mind? Ghost? Chocolat? Dirty Dancing? What about The Little Mermaid? No?

Nah, us neither. Yet, here we have the news that a Japanese lingerie company have created some sets of underwear inspired by your favourite childhood fairy tales, and it’s every bit as innocence-ruining as you’d think.

Little Red Riding Hood, Ariel and Snow White have all got the ~~sexy treatment, and it can’t just be us that’s a bit weirded out by it? Like, yes, those characters are adults (we think – who knows?!) in the films, they are made for children, so sexualising them just feels a bit…off.

The company, Felissimo, had the sets commissioned to celebrate ‘the beauty and power of well-known female figures’, meaning Cleopatra also has a set in her honour. We can’t help but wonder why they didn’t choose more non-fictional characters? We’d be all about a Jennifer Lawrence set, or a Rihanna set.

Surprisingly (or maybe not) they’re apparently a big hit with men, so if you want to blow your boyfriend’s mind for his birthday, maybe you just need to put on a red cape and act a bit wary around your nan. Thank us later!
