Coco Chanel famously once stated, “A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.” And 62-year-old actress turned-American Apparel model, Jacky O’Shaughnessy, is just that.
Modeling for the company since 2012, O’Shaughnessy is definitely a unique presence among the other much-younger American Apparel models. The latest photo of O’Shaughnessy shows that beauty knows no age limit. Clad in lingerie while looking straight at the camera, the gray-haired beauty is redefining what it means to be a model.
The fashion retailer seems to agree. The caption of the photo reads: “Sexy has no expiration date.” The photo has garnered nearly 17,000 likes and more than 1,000 comments (and counting) on Instagram ranging from praise to hope that we could all look this good in our 60s.
Though there are some naysayers who aren’t a fan of the company’s decision to use an older model, the overall impression is one of kudos to the sexy sexagenarian for portraying a different side of beauty.

See Ariana like you’ve never seen her before
Ariana Grande has built up a reputation as pop’s cutest girl-next-door but that image is nowhere to be seen in a saucy photo shoot for V magazine which sees the singer strike a number of sexy poses wearing little more than lingerie.
The ‘Tattooed Heart’ songstress, who split from The Wanted star Nathan Sykes recently, looks a shadow of her former self, oozing sex appeal in the black and white shots for the upcoming issue of the magazine which sees Ariana ditch the girlie puffball dresses for a number of barely-there lingerie sets.

One ensemble in particular features the 20-year-old throwing her hands up in the air showing off her tiny figure in a see-through dress with her underwear clearly visible underneath while another shows her staring into the camera wearing a white two-piece set.
In one of the snaps, Ariana wears her hair in her beloved ponytail – which has become the subject of ridicule and criticism by some fans who believe it’s time the singer switch up her style, however, the singer insists she doesn’t care what other people think.

“I use my hair as a mask, as a shield. I hide behind it and it’s what keeps me me. Some people make fun of me for it, but I don’t know who those some people are, so I don’t care,” Ariana said.
She added: “Music is my dharma. It’s what makes my heart smile and what I feel like I am meant to do. I understand music more than I understand human beings and the English language.”
It looks as though ‘The Way’ singer has been taking inspiration from Madonna in terms of her ‘don’t care’ attitude as she reveals: “I just love how she stands up for what she believes in and surprises people by not eff-ing up when they want her to so badly…Know what I love most about Madonna? When a bad review came out, she was the first person to say ‘f**k you.’

“When someone said she sounded like Minnie Mouse, she crawled into bed naked except for Minnie Mouse ears. It’s such a good attitude to have. It’s inspiring to me because there are times when I think I’ve been a weak, people-pleasing little mouse my whole life.”
Ariana continued: “That’s what I’m learning right now, that I have to become stronger in this industry. I’ve learned over the past year that you don’t have time to chase after ever person who doesn’t understand you. The people that know me know that I’m a nice girl. My fans know that I’m a nice girl. My friends know that I’m a nice girl. And ultimately, that’s all that matters.”
