Stunning new Bond Girl Berenice
Marlohe has stripped off for the new issue of GQ, revealing her knockout
figure in racy lingerie.
But despite appearing scantily clad
for the mens magazine, the 33-year-old reveals that her fans may be
left a little disappointed by the lack of nudity in the upcoming 007
film SkyFall.
‘With the Bond movies, you never
really see nudity – they’re quite chaste, actually,’ the French beauty
says. ‘Which is, to me, the best way.
Sultry: New Bond Girl Berenice Marlohe strips off for GQ magazine… but says she won’t be getting nude in SkyFall
‘Nowadays you see too many naked women,
all the time, everywhere. In video clips. It’s so boring! You lose this
magic and suddenly a woman that is dressed seems way more attractive.’
Despite her comments, Berenice simply sizzles in sheer lacy lingerie in her photoshoot for GQ, with just an unbutton black coat to provide some modesty.
The actress’ flat stomach and toned legs are on display as she poses seductively next to vintage cars.
Are you really worried? The actress admits she was nervous about being a Bond Girl, saying she wondered, ‘Oh my God, what do people expect? Do they just expect someone who is pretty?’
Berenice admits that she felt trepidation at the thought of taking on such an iconic role as a Bond Girl when she was offered the part.
‘I kept hearing it all the time – Bond
girl, Bond girl, Bond girl – and I thought, “Oh my God, what do people
expect?”‘ Merlohe reveals.
‘”Do they just expect someone who is
pretty? What do they want me to do?”‘
It is doubtful that the actress, with her smouldering looks, has much to worry about in that department.
But it hasn’t been an easy ride for the rising star, who says her appearance actually held her back from landing roles in her native France.
‘All the French agents told me, “No, you don’t look like a French actress, this will not work”,’ she explained. ‘Even people who saw me in acting workshops and wanted to introduce me to people; when those people considered my picture, they said, “No, she will never work in France”. I don’t know what to say. I was not in the mould.’
The August issue of GQ is on-sale from Thursday 5th July.

Bond girls always look so seductive exotic. There’s none of that cookie cutter blandness or plastic fantastic with them. She’ll have to go some way to beat Eva Green though, she’s my favourite.

As she gears up for her new movie “The Apparition” to hit theaters on August 24th, Ashley Greene added to her exposure thanks to a oh-so-hot feature included in the August 2012 issue of Esquire magazine.
The 25-year-old actress offered up a lingerie-clad spread shot by photographer Brooke Nipar while conversing about subjects such as becoming work oriented at the age of 18 and her “Twilight” experience.
Highlights from Miss Greene’s interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Esquire!
On the experience of filming five installments of “The Twilight Saga”:
“You make five movies with the same people and they really do feel like family. But film those same five movies in different locations, and none of the locations ever really feels like home.”
On becoming work-focused at the age of eighteen:
“In my second year in Los Angeles, when I was eighteen, I wasn’t getting any bookings, so I stopped going out, stopped partying. It was a matter of getting to the work. I had to focus.”
On looking forward to turning thirty:
“It’s a good age. It’s an age of choices.”
