This is the awkward moment lingerie boss Michelle Mone picked up an ‘adorable Vietnamese child’ for a photo… but all was not how it seemed.
It turns out she was actually holding up a 46-year-old married man.
She was attending an entrepreneurs’ conference when the cringeworthy moment took place in front of 3,000 people.
He initially approached her to give her some flowers, and after happily receiving them she picked him up so they could pose for a photo together.

The man’s wife then raced towards her and said: “Put him down – I’m his wife.”
The Ultimo lingerie boss, a Tory business tsar, was made a peer last year.

Baroness Mone told The Mail on Sunday: “The guy was fine with it and the whole room was screaming with laughter.

The man’s wife even asked the Baroness if it was normal in the UK to pick up grown man in that fashion.

She also shared the moment on Twitter, however the reason for the man’s small stature was not clarified by the Baroness.
