Mr Summers had publicly joked: “One of the things you learn as a college
president is that if an undergraduate is wearing a tie and jacket on
Thursday afternoon at three o’clock, there are two possibilities. One is
that they’re looking for a job and have an interview. The other is that they
are an ——-.” The twins labelled him “tactfully challenged”.

FACEBOOK’S POOR ACSI SCORE MAY HELP GOOGLE+

Dissatisfaction has been common for Facebook users who have seen and been on Google+. The social networking giant might just be on the verge of losing out of many users who have been dissatisfied with Facebook. ACSI of 2011 stated that in the social networking list of the report, Facebook is at the bottom and additionally while comparing it to the measured companies, it is a low scoring site. The index for the giant is 66 which sounds terrible for a site which has more than 750 million users.

This report was made by ACSI which was partnered by ForeSee Results (an analytics firm for customer experience) in June where in Google+ was still not in the picture. Google+ would be knowing this fact by now and there is a possibility that its latest gimmick cartoons are a result of that report only.

Chief Executive Officer of ForeSee Results, Larry Freed said that they still are uncertain on the status Google+ would have in here but positively for Google+, Google the search engine is in the highest scoring category. He continued saying that the dominant social networking giant will have to work hard on its safety as poor customer satisfaction can anytime look to tumble the giant.

In this category, the leaders are Wikipedia and YouTube. Wiki leads with 78 as its index while the latter has an index of 74. talking about the search engine category, Google leads with 83 as its index and it is followed by presumable rival Bing which is too close for Google’s comfort with 82 as its index. Google has leaped by 4% since the last year’s index and Bing has jumped up by 7%. American Customer Satisfaction Index has noted that if one has a score of more than 80, then it can be considered that it is a score par excellence. This even states the liking for the site.

Talking about the Million Dollar baby, Google+, it has reached 20 million in just three weeks. However Paul Allen, Ancestry.com founder and one who unofficially proclaims himself to be a statistician stated that Google+ is definitely growing but the rate at which it was growing earlier has somehow slowed down since the last few days.

The app popularity of Google+ is even something which can be talked about. Apple’s app store was flooded with downloads of Google+ and within a span of 24 hours, this app was already in the top free app list in US. Statistically however, Google+ had a visitor count of 1.8 million in the US territory while Facebook has well more than 10 times the visitor count on Google+.

Facebook will have to work hard as to move out of the bottom 6% of the American Customer Satisfaction Index as out of 226 private-sector companies, only 16 are equal or below Facebook. However its not yet worse for Facebook in come as one might not notice that last year Facebook had a score of 64 and now its with 66 which shows that the incline is there. This is a tortoise walk to move in with a score of 70 score at least.

It is however too early to conclude that Google+ will rack in most of the dissatisfied customers and more of Facebook users as the social networking giant is still with many lovers which would day in day out consider Facebook over Google+, no matter what is on offer for them as Google+ users.
