Some of today’s most fashion-forward stars, like Rihanna and Victoria Beckham, have been recently seen wearing lacy slip dresses out and about, looking like hot little vixens!

The slip dress got some serious shine in one of Marc Jacobs‘ last collections for Louis Vuitton back in 2013.
Here, both Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss were seen wearing it at Wimbledon and a Kerastase event, respectively, in March of that year.
Posh let the dress speak for itself, while the supermodel paired it with a thick fur coat, giving the impression that she’d just rolled out of bed and thrown on something warm over her sexy sleeping attire. RAWR!
At the amfAR Gala in May 2014, burlesque star and noted lingerie collector Dita Von Teese demonstrated just how classy and elegant lingerie-inspired clothing can be!
The 41-year-old was exquisite in a floral-print Blumarine dress with sheer sleeves and corset bodice that looked like something a very rich and fancy lady would wear in her boudoir.
And even though it didn’t show much skin, it gave off an undeniably sensuous feel!
So far Rihanna has been the most creative with her lingerie wear!
The Four Five Seconds singer wore a lace-trimmed pink slip dress while out in New York in July 2014, styling it with Converse sneakers and a denim jacket.
It ended up looking rather bizarre, but if you want to make a slip dress look as casual as possible, this is probably the best way to do it.
Confidence will be your best accessory!
More recently, in fact just earlier this week, Cate Blanchett and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley brought the lingerie trend to the red carpet, and made wearing a clinging silk gown more suited for the bedroom out in public seem perfectly normal!
Cate even admitted she’d passed on wearing underwear with her pink-and-black Alexander McQueen dress so she could avoid panty lines!
Meanwhile, Rosie promoted her own lingerie and sleepwear line, Rosie for Autograph, in a cream, lace-trimmed maxi dress with a demure slit.
Though there’s no denying they both looked beautiful, this is not a trend for the faint of heart!
Still, it’s worth a try at least once in every woman’s life! YOLO!
