Josie Gibson showed off her dramatic weight loss at the UK Lingerie Awards at London’s Freemason’s Hall on Wednesday night.

The 29-year-old former Big Brother contestant revealed her toned tummy in a geometric, high-waisted pencil skirt and crop top as she helped to honour the best underwear in the business.

Josie arrived wearing a furry jacket over her outfit and pulled her hair back into a simple ponytail with a side plait.

The reality star-turned-fitness-guru has lost an incredible six stone and it shows.

Despite how slim she looked, the reality star recently admitted that she’s not being as harsh with her diet as she used to be.

Speaking to fans on Twitter, she confessed that she’s now enjoying the odd glass of wine or two again. So much so that she even recommended a bottle she was tucking into.

‘I’m not joking if you’re into red wind organic sulphur free wine – no chemicals is the way forward. No grotty hangover,’ she said.

When asked by a follower if more natural wines could still get you drunk, she added: ‘Well, I’m half way there on my second glass!’

During the period when Josie was on a strict healthy eating and diet plan, the reality star revealed that she did not allow herself alcohol at all.

However, now that she has reached her ideal size and weighs a healthy 10st 2lb, the star explained that she had found a way to maintain her weight loss while allowing herself a few treats here and there.

‘I try and follow the 80/20 rule,’ she said.

The 80:20 rule is where people focus on healthy eating 80 per cent of the time and indulge as they please the rest, so is seen by fitness experts as a change in lifestyle rather than a diet.

‘Forget fad diets,’ Josie told MailOnline. ‘Nine out of 10 people on a fad diet will always end up putting weight on again. The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat natural and clean foods.

‘Some people think it’s all about the amount of calories you eat vs the amount of exercise you do, but it’s so much more than that. Some of my friends eat the same things I once did, but will never put the weight on.

‘It boils down to your genetics, what you eat, your environment, how you shop for food, how you feel about yourself, your addictions and all sorts of factors.’

Josie famously slimmed from a size 20 to a size 8 after seeing unflattering pictures of herself on the beach – she was so shocked she called herself a ‘beast’.

The Big Brother winner from Bristol shed an incredible six stone over a year. A combination of a strict diet and exercise regime helped her slim down from 16st 7lb and a size 18 to 10st 2lb.

Meanwhile, Josie wasn’t the only woman to opt for a stomach-flashing crop top at the bash.

And while Nicola was pouty, Aisleyne was all smiles, shooting upbeat glances at she sauntered into the pink-carpet event.

Her partner in crime wore a barely-there co-ords set comprising a little lace skirt and matching long-sleeved top.

It was lucky that the beauty had covered up her arms as they both left their legs exposed in the cold winter weather.

Nicola added some extra sex appeal to her get up as she set off her platinum locks with a striking red lipstick.

Other guests included previous Big Brother winner Josie Gibson, former Made In Chelsea star Ashley James, glamour model Bianca Gascoigne, McBusted’s Danny Jones and wife Georgia.

TOWIE star Jasmin Walia was even flashing a peek at her own lingerie collection when she stepped out in a sheer mini dress with.

Wearing a white number, the daring star layered black underwear underneath to make sure they were visible.
