Britney Spears debuted her new lingerie line, “The Intimate Britney Spears” at New York Fashion Week and it looks like she’s out to give Frederick’s of Hollywood a run for its money.

The line was heavy on garter belts, thigh-high stockings and thongs that left more than one set of butt cheeks twisting in the wind.

The exclusive unveiling, host by Britney herself, took place at The New York Public Library in the Celeste Bartos Forum yesterday (Sept. 9) in New York City.

“This is something I’ve been working on for two-and-a-half years,” Spears said after the show. “I’m really, really passionate about this.”

And, it definitely showed.

For the show, the library was more boudoir than bookish. It could have easily passed as a bordello with all it’s hooks, snaps and elastic straps.

Let’s just say much of the line looked like it was more appropriate for those… um… special occasions, rather than everyday wear around the house.

Britney looked far more fashionable in an orange sleeveless pantsuit with a plunging neckline that highlighted her newly toned figure.
