She was joined in the spy house by wild Playboy bunny Kimberly Kisselovich, who vowed to tease fans with barely-there bikinis.
Kimberly readily admits she loves walking around naked.
More eye-candy will be provided by man-eating blonde Tamara Stewart-Wood, 24, who boasts massive 32E implants as well as a business brain to match.
And virgin lingerie model Danielle McMahon, 25, wants to bring ladylike sex appeal back to the small screen.
The gorgeous foursome were among 10 housemates who entered last night on the first of two live launch shows.
They are set to be joined by six more contestants tonight.
Helen revealed yesterday that she had prepared for the Channel 5 show with a total body overhaul and can’t wait to flaunt the results.
She will put her gym-toned curves – and brand new C-cup boobs – on display in a wide range of bikinis.
Helen, from Bolton, said: “I’m really happy with my weight and my appearance in general.
“I’ve started hammering the gym – I’ve got a personal trainer.
“And I’ve had my boobs done.
“I absolutely love them.”
The brunette decided to make a fresh start with a £4,000 nose job and breast implants last September.
