Lingerie Brands Present Key Styles For The Crop Top Trend

As this season sees the return of the crop top trend made famous in the nineties, three lingerie brands have announced their key complementary designs. Freya, Huit and B.Tempt’d each offer longline styles that provide crop top looks with shape and support.

First spotted on the catwalk at shows such as Jill Stuart and Michael Kors, the trend has spread from celebrities to the high street. Freya aim to provide a more colourful and playful alternative with their Daydreamer padded longline bra. The bright floral design comes in a C-cup at 32” to 38”; or a D to G-cup at 28” to 38”. Paired with high-waisted jeans or shorts and wellies, Freya say that Daydreamer makes for a perfect casual yet fashionable look. They also suggest that crop tops should generally be worn with high-rise waistlines to maximise shape and minimise exposed flesh.

With the Belle de Jour bustier, lingerie brand Huit say they have created a striking example of underwear that can be worn as outerwear. This elegant design can be teamed with a pencil skirt for a formal look or kept casual with a pair of skinny jeans. The Belle de Jour bustier is available from a 32” A-cup to a 36” D-cup.
