Miranda Kerr may look like she’s frolicking on some far-flung desert island in her Victoria’s Secret bras and panties.
But the Australian beauty is actually posing pretty in the USA.
Islamorada, a small village in the Florida Keys, is the tropical backdrop for the latest campaign for Victoria’s Secret’s Cotton Lingerie line.

“It really does feel like we’re on a Caribbean island,” the dimpled 29 year-old said in a behind the scenes video. “But we’re only an hour and a half south of Miami Beach.”
Set designers scoured the Keys to find bleached wood objects and colorful fish nets in order to make it appear as though Kerr were posing in a glamorous thatched hut assembled from the detritus of the sea.
“The mood of the set is very rustic, very aged,” she said. “It’s a very washed up on a beach, feeling. It’s also very intimate as well.”

It’s hard to believe Kerr once thought she wasn’t glamorous enough for the world of Victoria’s Secret.
“I just remember the first time I met Adriana , she was so beautiful,” Kerr told New York magazine this year. “I was like, ‘Why would they want me?’ I mean, look at her. She’s incredible. And then I met Heidi and Gisele and I was like, ‘What am I doing here?’”
The model gave birth to her first child, son Flynn, with her actor husband Orlando Bloom back in January 2011, and credits yoga and chakra exercises to keeping her figure slender and catwalk ready.

“I didn’t feel pressure to snap back into shape,” she told the magazine of sculpting her post-baby body. “My priority was just having my son and breastfeeding, which was something I really wanted to do, and it came easily.”
Kerr, who has been the face of Victoria’s Secret cotton line since 2010 and sported the brand’s $2.5 million Fantasy Treasure bra in 2011, praised the underthings for all its colors and prints.
“I really wear Victoria’s Secret cotton undies all the time,” she said. “It’s my favorite!”
