And on Sunday evening The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh offered even more motivation to her fans when she posted a sexy selfie showing off her gym-honed body.

Perched on her knees in bed, the 24-year-old glamour model cut a lean and enticing figure in pink-and-white lingerie that left little to the imagination.

She captioned the photo simply and directly: ‘New underwear’. 

That gorgeous body isn’t just down to good genes, but also Lucy’s stringent health and fitness regime, which includes high intensity interval training, aerobics and strength training. 

It seems inspiration also plays a part, as she frequently posts quotes to Instagram, including this gem: ”You will never regret reaching your goal, you will only regret giving up and not trying harder’.

But she is certainly trying, as she showed last week when attending Lorraine’s High Street Fashion Awards in London with former TOWIE co-stars including Ferne McCann, Jessica Wright and Lydia Bright.

She rocked a super feminine look, opting for a dusty punk dress with bow detailing at the waist.

She added an edgy vibe to her attire thanks to The Lottie Bag by Aspinal of London and covetable, pom pom embellished heels.

Always camera-ready, she appeared sun-kissed and sported an enviable and even tan. 

Ferne showed off her svelte figure in the fashionable ensemble, featuring a white collar and a mullet hemline.

The reality star set off her look with coordinating white strappy sandals and wore her brunette hair down loose.

Ferne’s appearance comes just after she revealed she had been offered a movie role during an appearance on This Morning.

‘I found my calling… I just loved it. I want to act. I want to be in films. I went out to Cannes, I went last year and loved it and went back again.’
