So taking to Instagram to show off the results of her workout regime, Lucy Mecklenburgh posted an ab-tastic photograph on Monday.

As well as flaunting her sculpted stomach, the 23-year-old also raised the temperature as she posed in a plunging purple lingerie set.

Using the picture to promote her fitness and health brand, Results With Lucy, the former TOWIE star proved that self promotion is indeed the best type of advertising.

Currently dating Louis Smith, Lucy also shared a picture of Sunday dinner as she enjoyed another date night with the Olympic champion.

Clearly in awe of one another, the couple recently joined concert goers at London’s O2 Arena at the John Legend show on Thursday.

Looking the part for their evening, the gym enthusiast stunned vibrant in a peach dress comprised of a fitted, sleeveless bodice and loose fitting pleated skirt.

Ahead of the concert, the couple, who have been dating since last December, were hand in hand as they made their way to Canary Wharf restaurant Roka.

Once at the show, Lucy gifted her fans with a picture of her and Louis as they overlooked the arena, the caption on the snap read: ‘Watching John Legend at the O2 with @louissmith1989 #O2Arena’.
