Last October a Victoria’s Secret advert dubbed the ‘perfect’ woman as tall and skinny, sparking a fiery online debate.
Concerned the advert was sending out a dangerous message, a petition was started by three students – Gabriella Kountourides, Laura Ferris and Frances Black.
The petition was signed by more than 27,000 people – calling for a change in the way women’s bodies are represented by advertising and the media.
