The mother of two was given the honor of modeling the famous $2.5 million fantasy bra for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and she just gave birth to her baby boy Noah in May!
Alessandra Ambrosio is not your average working mom. For this mother of two, going back to work means slipping into sexy lingerie — and getting back into killer shape. Just five months after giving birth to baby Noah Mazur, the Victoria’s Secret Angel is already rocking the coveted Fantasy Bra!
Alessandra’s baby was just three weeks old when she got the call to model the $2.5 million Fantasy Set for the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show — a huge honor among the Victoria’s Secret Angels — and was so excited, she “just wanted to scream.”
“But I won’t lie, I was really worried,” the model told People.”I was in total mother mode.” Alessandra gave birth to baby Noah Mazur in May, and is also the mother to daughter Anja Mazur, 4, with fiance Jamie Mazur.
Alessandra immediately got to working out as soon as it was safe, and started out with walking and yoga. Two months later, she was doing daily sessions of Pilates and cardio with spinning. But she also spent a lot of time outside a lot with her kids, playing volleyball and running on the beach.
“Breastfeeding always helps,” she added. As a professional model, Alessandra kept her diet super healthy during her pregnancy with a lot of green juice, kale, and fish — with the occasional pizza and ice cream to splurge.
Now with the fashion show less than a month away, the mother of two is excited to walk the runway — wearing the $2.5 million push-up bra and matching belt adorned with diamonds and jewels, no less — and can’t wait to show off her hard work.
“I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time,” she said. The 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on CBS on Dec. 4.
