He’s been known for his womanising ways since he broke into Hollywood.

But Gerard Butler seems to have settled down with new girlfriend Madalina Ghenea, and it’s not difficult to see why after she posed for a series of racy snaps in her lingerie.

It’s no surprise that the Scottish actor seems to be hanging on to the 24-year-old Romanian model as she showed off her perfectly toned figure in the underwear shots, which left very little to the imagination.

The couple, who started dating at the beginning of last year have been inseparable ever since and Madalina is regularly spotted at the actor’s side during work events.

They even put on a serious PDA on New Year’s Eve when they were spotted kissing passionately at a restaurant in Capri, where Gerard was promoting his new film.

The 43-year-old actor couldn’t seem to keep his hands off his young girlfriend, who is also trying to launch her career as an actress in between her modelling commitments.

But the Eastern European beauty, who currently resides in Italy, is no stranger to dating A-listers as she was rumoured to have been in a relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio just a few years ago.

She seems to have found true love with the Playing For Keeps actor however, managing to tame the lothario who was beginning to get a reputation as a ladies’ man.

They have been together for over eight months and the relationship seems to be going from strength to strength after the put on a very amorous display of affection during the Capri film Festival.

The aspiring actress has already landed a part in the film Dom Hemingway, currently in post production, about a safe-cracker who returns to his life of crime after 12 years of prison.

Gerard was even spotted visiting his lady love last year in the South of France, where her movie was shot, filming alongside Jude Law and Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke.

But even though she’s on the road to film fame in her own right, Madalina was happy to play the doting girlfriend in Capri after Christmas, looking on as Gerard promoted Olympus Has Fallen, which will be released later this year.

Yes, yes, you sexist reporter you. The only reason he is going out with her is how good she looks in her lingerie. Don’t worry about how reporting like this demeans women or gives people problems with their body image. Just think up a catchy sexist headline and use it as an excuse to print lots of photos of a woman in her undies. Excellent.

lol – Im with deedee on this one, he’s there with only a hand on her and his eyes open looking elsewhere while she is draped all over him kissing his face off….
If they are in love then good luck to them but I don’t feel like he is 100% in to her

He like all other men want a young model because their superficial and at the same time never date women around their own age. The only man in Hollywood who isn’t superficial is Hugh Jackman and he’s been happily married for 20? years!

‘So that’s why he’s going out with her’ – DM, would it be so wrong to suggest that a man may like a woman because of her personality, brains and confidence, rather than just the way she looks (which is obviously incredible)?
