Caught on CCTV trying to steal lingerie at NUS hostel

SINGAPORE – He sneaked into the female hostel at the National University of Singapore (NUS) to steal women’s underwear.
But his actions were caught on camera.
On Tuesday, NUS campus security sent out an e-mail about the incident, with attachments of screenshots of the man, to the campus.
He was dressed in a blue polo shirt and white bermudas. The e-mail described him as “a male stranger, 20-25 of Asian descent”.
Four hours later, the man was found.
Lianhe Wanbao reported that the man was caught on one of the cameras at Raffles Hall, one of the hostels in NUS.
Female students told the Chinese evening daily that they heard the man was lurking around the hostel at about 10am a few days ago.
